1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaddockLink ("the Platform"), operated by Late Apex LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PaddockLink provides a driver development platform for HPDE (High-Performance Driver Education) and amateur motorsport participants. Services include session logging, telemetry analysis, vehicle management, progression tracking, learning content, community features, and coaching booking.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Payment

PaddockLink offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions booked through the Platform are provided by independent coaching professionals. PaddockLink facilitates booking and payment but is not responsible for the quality or outcome of coaching services. Coaching involves inherent risks associated with motorsport activities.

6. Assumption of Risk

Motorsport activities are inherently dangerous. PaddockLink provides tools and information to support your development, but all decisions related to driving, vehicle setup, maintenance, and track participation are solely your responsibility. PaddockLink is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of the Platform or participation in track events.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (telemetry data, session notes, photos). By uploading content, you grant PaddockLink a license to store, process, and display it within the Platform. Community posts may be visible to other users.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to: upload malicious content, harass other users, impersonate others, scrape data, or violate any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

PaddockLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Late Apex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
